Meet Our Residents
Our residents are all dentists who hold a D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine). They are learning to specialize in orthodontics under the supervision of expert, experienced orthodontists who are part of the Seton Hill University Center for Orthodontics staff. This teaching facility incorporates the latest technology with specialized equipment to provide the highest standard of treatment for patients of all ages.
Cameron Barrett, D.M.D.

Megan Carey, D.M.D.
Dr. Megan Carey was born and raised in Scranton, PA. She completed her BS at The Pennsylvania State University, her MS at The University of Scranton, and her DMD at Temple University School of Dentistry. She also worked in pharmaceuticals prior to pursuing her doctorate. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys the outdoors, including biking, hiking, and walking her yellow Labrador, Duchess. She is an avid animal lover who rescued three cats and has ridden horses her whole life. She also loves spending time with family and her fiancé, Will, as well as baking, reading, and exercising.
Libbie Creasy, D.D.S.
Dr. Libbie Creasy was born and raised in Colorado. She received her B.S. from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, and her D.D.S. degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Dr. Creasy served in the US Navy as a commissioned dental officer in Norfolk, Virginia, and Beaufort, South Carolina. Following her active-duty commitment, Dr. Creasy practiced general dentistry in Buena Vista, Colorado, for 5 years. She decided to leave general dentistry to follow in the footsteps of her father and grandfather and pursue orthodontics. Dr. Creasy and her husband, Jonah, have four kids, Margot, Phoebe, Heidi, and Levi, and a dog, Cooper. She enjoys running, CrossFit, reading, music, and being with her family playing outside.
Michael Davis, D.D.S.
Dr. Michael Davis was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He received his B.S. in Healthcare Management from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and received his D.D.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. While at the University of North Carolina, he discovered and cultivated his passion for caring for children and teenagers. This passion inspired him to pursue a pediatric dentistry residency at The Ohio State University. Prior to pursuing orthodontics, he practiced for three years in North Carolina and Virginia. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, cheering on OSU football, sushi, and spending time with his Australian labradoodle named Denim.
Caraline Donovan, D.D.S.
Dr. Caraline Donovan is from Maryland. After earning her B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, she earned her D.D.S. degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. Before her orthodontic residency, she practiced general dentistry in private practice in Maryland for 2 years. In her free time, Dr. Donovan enjoys cooking, playing tennis, reading, exercising, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. Orthodontics has been a lifelong dream of Dr. Donovan, and she is excited to help her patients realize the true potential of their smiles at Seton Hill University!
Olivia Evans, D.M.D.
Dr. Olivia Evans was born and raised in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. She attended The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Biological Sciences, and later earned her D.M.D. at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Evans enjoys playing tennis, reading, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.

Mitchell Fisher, D.M.D.
Dr. Mitchell Fisher grew up in Chandler, Arizona. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and his D.M.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Fisher is married to Brooke (Jorgensen) Fisher from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and they have a son named Burton. When not chasing his toddler around, Dr. Fisher enjoys snow sports, water sports, golf, and food.
Jack Harlan, D.D.S.
Dr. Jack Harlan was born and raised in Slaton, TX. He completed his BS in Biology at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, and his DDS at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, TX. Jack enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, working out, hiking, and attending concerts.
Travis Hediger, D.M.D.
Dr. Travis Hediger was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. He received his B.S. from Colorado State and his D.M.D. from Midwestern University, Arizona. As a commissioned officer in the US Navy, Dr. Hediger completed his AEGD Residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia. Before pursuing orthodontics, he practiced general dentistry for five years in the Navy, including four years proudly serving the Marine Corps in Yuma, Arizona, and San Diego, California. At home, Dr. Hediger and his wife, Mikaela, have three dogs: Sonny, a golden retriever, and Mako and Mackerel, two vizslas. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and pups and staying active through weightlifting, surfing, backpacking, and Jiu-Jitsu.

Tommy Kadar, D.M.D.
Dr. Tommy Kadar was born and raised in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He has a very large Italian family with 3 siblings and over 45 cousins! He received his BS from Georgetown University and graduated summa cum laude from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. He enjoys watching and playing sports, scuba diving, traveling, and going to the beach with friends and family. Despite growing up near Philadelphia, he is an avid Steelers fan!
Matthew Kim, D.D.S.
Dr. Matthew Kim grew up as a military brat and had the privilege of calling many countries and states home. After earning his B.S. in Anthropology and Human Biology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, he received his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, MD. Prior to the orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University, he practiced general dentistry for two years in Maryland. Outside of his professional life, you will often find him traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise.
Brandon Loftus, D.M.D.
Dr. Brandon Loftus was raised in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Scranton before earning his D.M.D. from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, hiking, and traveling.
Brendon Lowder, D.D.S
Dr. Lowder was born and raised in Rigby, Idaho. He received his B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Brigham Young University-Idaho and earned his D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific-Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he graduated with high honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Throughout dental school, he developed a passion for orthodontics through research, leadership, and patient care experiences. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Lowder enjoys carpentry and golf and has earned a reputation as a local table tennis legend. Most of all, he treasures spending time with his wife, their two sons, and their Goldendoodle.

Ryan McCormick, D.M.D.
Dr. McCormick was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Duquesne University, with a minor in biochemistry. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Finally, Dr. McCormick received a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2017. Over the past 7 years, he has practiced as a restorative and cosmetic dentist in several states. While not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He & his wife, Anna, enjoy going for walks and runs with their 2 Italian greyhounds, Oliver and Enzo.

Colin Montgomery, D.D.S.
Dr. Montgomery was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He earned his BS in Physiology and Developmental Biology from Brigham Young University and his DDS from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. In his free time, Dr. Montgomery enjoys cooking, exercising, golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Maddie.
Aanchal Parmar, D.D.S.
Born in Amsterdam and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Parmar earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University. She then received her dental degree from NYU College of Dentistry before completing a General Practice Residency at the East Orange Veterans Affairs Hospital. After practicing in private practice for one year, Dr. Parmar developed a strong passion for how occlusion affects both oral health and everyday life, which inspired her to pursue an orthodontic residency at Seton Hill University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new countries, reading, rooting for the New York Knicks and New York Giants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dallon Peterson, D.D.S.

Neusha Rahmati, D.D.S.
Dr. Rahmati was born in Iran and grew up in Singapore. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Persian language. Dr. Rahmati earned her DDS and Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) certificate from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas. In her spare time, Dr. Rahmati enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her Maltese dog and Persian cat, and doing Pilates.
Mia Rodriguez, D.D.S.
Dr. Mia Rodriguez was raised in Nashville, Tennessee. She received her B.A. in Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Louisville and her D.D.S. from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Following graduation, Dr. Rodriguez completed an AEGD in Boston, Massachusetts, through NYU Langone Health. In her free time, she loves being active, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.

Gabrielle Tomeo, D.M.D.
Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Tomeo is the youngest of eight siblings. She earned her B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Florida after transferring from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she played competitive golf. Dr. Tomeo later received her D.M.D. from LECOM School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Tomeo developed a passion for precision, attention to detail, and finesse through many years of playing golf, qualities that ultimately led her to pursue orthodontics. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys playing golf and pickleball, trying new restaurants, spending time with her dog Luca, and, most importantly, being with family and friends.

William Udall, D.D.S.
Dr. Udall was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He lived in Argentina for two years on a volunteer church mission. Attended Utah Valley University, studying Exercise Science, where he met his wife, Brinely. Dr. Udall moved to San Francisco to attend the University of the Pacific Dental School. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, and water sports.
Alexis Vacsciannie, D.M.D.
Dr. Vasciannie was born and raised in Batavia, NY. She received her B.S. in Biology from Northeastern University and earned her D.M.D from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Outside of dentistry, she has a background in dance and plays the piano and violin. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, fashion, and cheering on Buffalo sports teams.

Lauren Villarreal, D.D.S.
Dr. Villarreal was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and her D.D.S. from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. She then completed a general practice residency at University Health Lakewood Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, where she expanded her clinical experience and strengthened her passion for orthodontics. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her husband, Will. Dr. Villarreal has been drawn to orthodontics since childhood and is excited to create beautiful smiles and make a lasting impact on the lives of her patients at Seton Hill University.
Nicklaus Wilson, D.M.D.
Dr. Wilson was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana. He attended Ball State University, where he received a B.S. in Psychology, and then attended Midwestern University to earn his D.M.D. Prior to pursuing orthodontics, Dr. Wilson practiced General Dentistry in Jacksonville, Florida. In his free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys the outdoors, martial arts, riding motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends.
Andrew Worley, D.M.D.
Dr. Andrew Worley was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He completed his B.S. degree in Biology at McNeese State University, M.S. degree at Mississippi College, and D.M.D. at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, being outdoors, traveling, the LSU Tigers, and spending quality time with friends and family.
